Terms and Conditions for Deposit Payment

Kindly note that the deposit amount of $200(plus surcharge if applicable) per seat will be non refundable. Deposit of the seat is required to reserve the seat for travelling on the charter flight.You will be asked or requested to complete the balance payment later. The deposit of $200 will be refunded only in the case where the flight will get cancelled by us because of state approval for the flight to operate on or around the scheduled date or any other issue arise beyond our control.

You will be notified to complete the balance payment and if you will fail to complete the payment in the specific time that may result in cancellation of your reservation or booking and in that there will no refund allowed.You must pay the correct amount to make sure that your booking is secure.Only those booking will be confirmed for which you will be doing the deposit payment.

These terms and conditions along with the Booking terms and conditions will be applicable.
