Itinerary
On arrival at Queenstown Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
(Self-Drive passengers to collect rental car for their exclusive use until the end of the tour package).
An early start following the shores of Lake Wakatipu, and through Te Anau where you will be enthralled by the immense landscape.
Travel through beech forest, passing majestic mountains, on through the Homer Tunnel in time to board your catamaran for the Milford
Sound cruise. Cruise past Mitre Peak, the highest mountain in the world to rise vertically from the sea, and admire the Stirling and
Bowen Waterfalls as you cruise out to sea. Return to the pier for the coach back to Queenstown (For Self-Drive passengers,
booking is for cruise only).

This morning travel over the Lindis Pass to reach Mt Cook around lunch time. A rare opportunity to take an optional scenic flight to view Mt Cook’s snow fields and glaciers (at clients’ expense). We continue through to Christchurch
Included today is a Christchurch sightseeing tour including the admission to the International Antarctic Centre. The tour takes you around the city's highlights which also covers the area which was completely devastated by the Christchurch earthquakes in February 2011. You will also see both the destructive powers of nature and the rebuild taking place. On leaving the inner city, highlights includes Mona Vale, Sign of the Takahe, Port Hills and Port of Lyttleton and the seaside suburb of Sumner.
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight (Self-Drive passengers to return rental car directly at the airport).
